54 young people from the region of Silesia are going to spend 2 months during internships in Germany, taking part in our new project “I go for an internship”.
The project aims at gaining professional experience, competences and improving language skills during internships abroad.
Project will start with developing individual career plans for each of the participants. They will take part in preparation phase involving language and vocational courses, as well as coaching, soft skills and intercultural trainings, or study visits in Polish companies. Participants will be supported by mentors from Poland and Germany.
The internship will be organised by German Partners – RONAL GmbH and Bildungswerk der Sächsischen Wirtschaft gGmbH who are representing industrial sector.
Achieved competences will enable young people to get back to the labour market or into education after coming back to Poland.
The project is co-financed by European Union from the European Social Fund.
